It’s great to see such drive behind the lithium-ion revolution from a dealership with family values at its heart. Armill was founded in 1991 by Peter and Anne Millar and now decades later the team is headed up by their son and company owner Gary Millar and Managing Director David Dadd, who’s sons now both also work for the business. Their passion for the industry has been reflected hugely in their success with EP sales of 28 forklift sales in 6 months and numerous secured hire contracts that have seen some of their largest customers transform their entire fleets with the power of lithium-ion. Now in 2021 Armill is celebrating its 30th year of business and 1st year as an EP dealer.
Having previously worked closely with Jungheinrich, the team at Armill are enjoying their experience working with EP and Gary highlighted how EP’s dealer support is a real strength;

The state-of-the-art spray booth at their Braintree HQ has seen a number of EP trucks transformed from the usual bold red to some customised colours as requested by customers, a favourite being a bright green that ties in nicely with the environmental and financial benefits of lithium ion. David is so committed to the ‘go green’ message that comes with being an EP dealer that he has redesigned their delivery lorry to reflect this, and the entire team are working hard to spread the word across all of their social media platforms.
Managing Director David highlighted the EFL 302 as his favourite product;
